I see that article is from Wright’s book “Surprised by Hope” which I read and liked very much. I haven’t heard or read anything from Wright that I have disagreed with. I like him a lot. I am “surprised” that anyone reading the Bible would need to then be told that we will be resurrected. It seems to me that so much of what Peter, Paul and the other writers of the letters to the early churches are saying. But I guess there is so much talk of “going to heaven” that people forget that is only the first step, so to speak.
