Organize your books — for free

If you’ve become a bookaholic like me, you need a way to organize them. Enter Libra (http://www.getlibra.com). It’s free, it’s gorgeous, and it’s super easy. It even looks up book information if you pop in the ISBN — including thumbnail images of the book!
Before you thank me, you should be aware of one thing — clicking on the books opens a browser to amazon.com, and it does so with the developer’s associate ID. In other words, if you enter amazon’s website from a link in libra, and then you buy something, he gets the credit. That’s not a bad thing, especially for free software. Note I have my own associate ID, and Reclaiming the Mind does as well. It’s not a bad thing, just at thing. However, I just happen to have a little script that changes that associate ID in the libra database, but I’ll only provide it if you send me an email.
But hey, don’t let that stop you from checking out (get it? check out?) Libra. It’s well worth it.

Hey Richard;
That is cool software, though it only runs on Windows. I have also become a bookaholic and I found a great way to organize my books for free too; it’s call a shelf. I have several of them.

I follow Chuck’s method.
Shelfari is a great site that does much the same thing.
